Christians Must Have Forgiveness - A Message from Seng Aung (for our Burmese/Myanmar brethren around the world)
Yearly Archives: 2019
OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2019 - DearBrethren and Fellow Laborers, We have all been REFRESHED and have REJOICED at the commanded Feast of the Lord! We really didn’t want to see the Feast end! Gloria for one, did not want to come home. We had special western guests (David Bensinger from Idaho; Paul Adcock who is presently teaching English to 400 students in Korea; and Paul and Rie Sternberg who live in Bangkok); andall of us here in Burmawereso thankful for their serving hearts in this far away country with very strange sounding names to us westerners. We are all back in our homes, and truly look forward to next year, AND,forever look forward to the plan that God has for us and all mankind!...
"Feast of Tabernacles JawkTiang, Myanmar 2019 - Video clip" - SengAung translates to the brethren in JawkTiang, a sermon given by Leon Sexton and written by Vince Szymkowiak, during the Feast of Tabernacles 2019.
""Food Hall" at JawkTiang, Myanmar Feast of Tabernacles 2019" - Construction continues on the two-story building at Legacy Institute in JawkTiang, Myanmar (Burma). Here, everyone enjoys a meal and ice cream for desert now that the brick walls and ceiling are constructed, although not yet finished.
AUGUST - SEPTEMBER, 2019 - Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers, The Fall Holy Days are now almost upon us. The Feast of Trumpets is just two weeks away. Leon and I will be in Yangon for the Day of Atonement. The following day we go up to Taungoo in preparation for the Feast of Tabernacles.
JUNE-JULY 2019 - Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers, As brethren, we talk much to each other and know perfectly well that many of us have had, are going through, or will go through trials. No trials are exactly the same from person to person, but we do grow in empathy for each part of the Body of Christ that is suffering.
Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers, Please continue your prayers! We received with heavy heart the results of Wednesday’s CT scan. Unfortunately the shunt is releasing too much fluid which the doctors think is causing some atrophy. It also showed an increase in the fluid build-up in the meninges near the skull. They believe the body/brain is trying to produce more fluid in another area to compensate. Because of the fluid near the skull, they will need to make a small incision and drill a tiny hole to release that fluid...
First of all, Leon and I, and the whole family, want to thank you for your precious prayers. Please keep praying as we go through the next few days or more. . . We appreciate so very much the messages you have sent encouraging us.
Dear Brethren and Fellow-Laborers, Leon had an appointment on Monday with his Neuro Doctor. At that time it was decided to give Leon a spinal puncture procedure to see whether or not it was even a good idea to have a brain shunt procedure to drain the water...
APRIL-MAY 2019 - Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers, We arrived back home in Chiang Mai on the 29thof April. The Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread went very well and all was truly blessed in every way. This is the dry season and we had soaring daily heat (41-43Cor 105F+/-). The heat, the bumpy bridge, and dirt pathway prevented Leon getting to the church compound. Though water levels are low at the church compound, the “miracle well” still produces daily water. We have many pictures to show, but first we want to share...
20 April 2019 - Dear Brethren all around the world! HELLO FROM ALL OF US IN TAUNGOO, MYANMAR! The Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread are here. We were 27 for the Passover and for the first holy day we were 50 including children. We here in Myanmar are thinking of all of you our dear brothers and sisters—wherever you may be...
