IN THIS LETTER: Passover and Unleavened Bread in Myanmar – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Gloria and I arrived back in Thailand from Burma (Myanmar1) last Thursday. We observed Passover and Unleavened Bread with about 40 Church of God brethren from Kachinland, Central Burma, and Rangoon (Yangon). We also had one lady who came back from Thailand to keep the feast in Burma and visit family and friends. Ah Jar Shan, a graduate of Legacy Institute in Thailand, accompanied us as interpreter.

Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers,
Last month I received a surprise telephone call from Queen Sirikit’s deputy private secretary. She said that Her Majesty was inviting Gloria and me to come to Bangkok for a concert. I explained that Gloria was already in California taking care of her 96-year-old Aunt Gerda for a few months. She said she would get back to me. A short time later, the queen’s secretary called back and asked if I would agree to accept the invitation and come alone. I said I would accept.

IN THIS LETTER: Harvest Time in Thailand ● God, Self-Reliance and Self-Sufficiency ● Report from Burma – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, It is harvest time in Thailand. The golden fields of rice are waving in the breeze, and people are beginning to harvest the grain. Legacy Foundation is no different. We planted rice on a piece of leased property we call “Jet Rye” (Jet meaning seven and rye being a Thai measurement of farm acreage). Seven rye is equal to about three acres.
