Legacy Letter July 2013

27 March 2018 – Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers, Leon and I have discussed Jerusalem since his hospitalization. It was very much on his mind after coming out of ICU, and it has become a major topic of our conversations together ever since. Now, the United States, amidst much controversy, is to move it’s embassy to this historically significant city. Our in-depth Bible studies have shown us Jerusalem throughout its past, present, and future. Let’s look at this great city that three of the world’s major religions claim as their own. Jerusalem! Where do we begin with this “city of God”? Where does it, or when did it, all begin?

Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers,
We recently returned from a whirlwind tour of the U.S. Gloria and I were in Arizona, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and California. I have yet to catch my breath. I am getting older and trips like these are getting tougher. Thankfully, I have Gloria to help me, and so many of you were very kind in trying to help make the trip more comfortable. IN THIS LETTER: Passover and Unleavened Bread in Myanmar – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Gloria and I arrived back in Thailand from Burma (Myanmar1) last Thursday. We observed Passover and Unleavened Bread with about 40 Church of God brethren from Kachinland, Central Burma, and Rangoon (Yangon). We also had one lady who came back from Thailand to keep the feast in Burma and visit family and friends. Ah Jar Shan, a graduate of Legacy Institute in Thailand, accompanied us as interpreter.
