Dear Brethren and Fellow Laborers,
It was in December of 2025 that I asked John Elliott specifically if Legacy and United Church of God (UCG) could do a combined Feast of Tabernacles (FOT) in Chiang Mai. I had not kept up with John, but our families knew each other since 1961 (our 5th grade). We lost touch after high school, when John went to the campus in England and I to Pasadena where Leon and I met and married.
God almighty has answered our prayers!!! We are so excited to see brethren from Australia, Burma, England, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and the USA. Some of our friends we have not seen for nearly 25 years or more.

Steve and Kathe Myers are the FOT Coordinators. We are working together. We have been asked to make available a meeting room for over 200 guests. It will be in the Imperial Ball Room.
We just received a total number of 24 Burmese VERY GREATLY BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE to have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai; and even a few from the Thai border refugee camp. THANKS BE TO GOD OUR FATHER AND OUR SAVIOR! Mostly those coming are from the Karen’ tribe.
Sadly, our Church of God Burmese Legacy brethren of 40 to 50 cannot safely travel. They too are mostly Karen, but also Kachin, Lisu, and Burmese. Also, the cost is prohibitive. Our pastor Seng Aung will not leave God’s sheep. We do hope for combined services via Zoom.
