10 November 2016 – Hello Friends and Fellow-Laborers, Let me first let you know that the Kingdom of Thailand continues to mourn its beloved King Bhumibol Adulyadej. All wear black in mourning or, if not dressed in black, wear a black ribbon on their clothing. Even foreign tourists and visitors are wearing black ribbons. 30 August 2017 – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, This is an emergency letter appealing for you to help us here at Legacy in Thailand and Myanmar. The Bible tells me: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7) So, I am asking, seeking, and knocking. Our donations have dramatically dropped over the past three months. Monthly donations have dropped to 40% of what we usually receive. I am not ashamed to say that we are really hurting. We have an office to run in Chiang Mai with employees, and we send funds to Myanmar on a monthly basis to conduct the ministry and sponsor student’s education in both high school and university. There is also food, clothing, and transportation expenses for them. A 60% drop in monthly donations is devastating. We cannot sustain the Work here on that. We were bare bones before.

Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, The world we see tomorrow will not look like the world we see today. The geopolitics of this earth are changing rapidly. The EU is on the edge of collapse. What replaces this dream of a new Europe of peace and cooperation between the many nationalities and languages of Europe appears to be failing to materialize. Tomorrow’s Europe will not look like today’s Europe.
