In Bangkok, several men, one of them identified as Iranian, set off bombs and threw bombs at police and a taxi cab that refused to stop. The man throwing bombs at police lost a leg when he accidentally dropped one of his bombs.

– An Iranian man was seriously wounded in Bangkok on Tuesday when a bomb he was carrying exploded and blew one of his legs off.
It appears that three men rented a house in the Ekkamai area of Bangkok and stored supplies to manufacture bombs. The police have investigated the house and defused explosive materials. It is not certain who or what their intended target was.
No one else was hurt in the bomb throwing incidents.
