Dear Friends and Fellow-laborers, It is time once again to wrap up the last of classes and head back home after another successful year at Legacy Foundation Leadership Training Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Each of these young volunteers have donated their time and even their own financial resources to come halfway around the world and serve young men and women looking to improve their lives and seek out the ways of the Almighty. Without the dedication and sacrifice of our volunteers, Legacy could not exist. We will miss them.

IN THIS LETTER: Correction ● Legacy Foundation Graduation ● Trip to the Border ● Passover in Burma - Dear Friends and Fellow laborers, CORRECTION - The first thing I want to do in this letter is apologize for getting some dates incorrect in my January letter. It is unforgivable since these dates were for annual Holy Sabbaths. In my January letter, I talked about the predicted Blood Moon eclipses on the Passover and Holy Day of the Feast of Tabernacles, both this year (2014) and in 2015. Also predicted are two solar eclipses in 2015. The first is on Nisan 1, the beginning of the Hebrew sacred year; and the second solar eclipse takes place on the Feast of Trumpets.
Legacy Institute (we are known as Legacy Foundation in Thailand) held our 7th graduation commencement exercise on January 12 at the Empress Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We had five graduates; Seng Aung, June Seng Pan, Kart Ta Yin, Atsadakon and Bancha. Seng Aung and June Seng Pan are a married couple from Kachinland. Atsadakon is a Lahu from Thailand and Kart Ta Yin and Bancha are from the Karen tribe in Thailand.
IN THIS LETTER: The Day of the Lord ● Blood-Red Moons - Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, 2014 and 2015 could well be significant milestone years for prophetic Bible events heralding the second coming of Lord Jesus. The Bible tells us that, just before the great and terrible Day of the Lord, the moon will turn to blood and the sun will become dark.
The holiday of Christmas is celebrated throughout the world as the birthday of Jesus Christ. Christmas is held on December 25 according to the Roman calendar. But is Christmas in the Bible? Does God command us to keep Christmas as a holy day? If we keep Christmas even if it is not in the Bible – is it sin? If Christmas in NOT in the Bible, then where did the holiday come from? We will answer these questions in this booklet.

I’m doing much better now, but do have to be more careful not to over tax myself. I get tired a little easier than before. My nurse also told me I’m more susceptible now to catching an infection or bug from others. So, I need to be careful about that too. Thank you all for your prayers on my behalf. Both Ann and I appreciate that very much. Please continue to pray for a return of strength so I can continue to serve the brethren and their needs here is southern Oregon and northern California. Thank you and bless you all. Warm regards, Herb Vierra

IN THIS LETTER: Harvest Time in Thailand ● God, Self-Reliance and Self-Sufficiency ● Report from Burma - Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, It is harvest time in Thailand. The golden fields of rice are waving in the breeze, and people are beginning to harvest the grain. Legacy Foundation is no different. We planted rice on a piece of leased property we call “Jet Rye” (Jet meaning seven and rye being a Thai measurement of farm acreage). Seven rye is equal to about three acres. We used organic methods entirely...
