Legacy Letter June 2018

IN THIS LETTER: PROPHECY● CHINA, RUSSIA ● KING OF THE NORTH ● KING OF THE SOUTH – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Prophecy marches on. The world continues on a toboggan slide toward selfdestruction, even if our interpretations about events in world news do not turn out the way we expect. For instance, we know from Daniel 11 that we are to look for a rising power from the geographic area of Egypt…

IN THIS LETTER: Pentecost in Myanmar ● New Teachers at Legacy ● The “Denny Tractor” ● Surachai and MoPalel – Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Gloria and I recently returned from a trip to Myanmar (Burma) for Pentecost. It continues to amaze me just how much modern development is taking place in this backwater country. It is as if they have suddenly awakened from the Dark Ages.

21 February 2017, Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, “TRIP TO BURMA” Gloria and I have returned from Myanmar (Burma) and have great things to report. First of all, I would like to relay that the Church of God is continuing to better organize in Burma. Burma has been a backwater for the Church of God for many years; indeed, it has been an adjunct to Australia and continues to be for some COG organizations. Part of the problem has been a lack of trained leadership for the fledgling churches that have sprung up over the years in many parts of Burma.
