The death toll is over 120, mostly innocent concert-goers, including dead Americans. Some of the terrorists behind the bloody and cowardly attacks have been caught. Others are still loose and they are armed. These atrocities were done by ISIS, the Islamic Caliphate which is at war with Western civilization. French President Francois Hollande has declared a state of emergency and closed the borders. It appears the terrorists came into France among the thousands of refugees fleeing Syria.
