Looks good huh? It was! Now I suppose you want a name. I would call it khao soy-esque. Khao soy is a popular dish in Northern Thailand and this is very similar to it. You add some &#8220;soup&#8221; (broth) and that&#8217;s lunch!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-m6TFUR-XRIg\/TknNsXaSxnI\/AAAAAAAABQc\/iPKEV3Ic71U\/s1600\/lunch.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-m6TFUR-XRIg\/TknNsXaSxnI\/AAAAAAAABQc\/iPKEV3Ic71U\/s400\/lunch.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\"id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5641266170340492914\" \/><\/a><center><font size=1>Mmmm mmmmm!<\/font><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Admittedly, lunches at the school are not usually noodle based. We eat lots of rice as is the norm in Thailand.
