Legacy Volunteer Teachers 2013 - 2014

2013-2014 volunteer instructors returning home. L to R. Oliver Elliot (Olz), Meagan Garrant, Tyler Kincade, Amada Boyer, Zac Coish.

Dear Friends and Fellow-laborers,

It is time once again to wrap up the last of classes and head back home after another successful year at Legacy Foundation Leadership Training Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand.  Each of these young volunteers have donated their time and even their own financial resources to come halfway around the world and serve young men and women looking to improve their lives and seek out the ways of the Almighty.  Without the dedication and sacrifice of our volunteers, Legacy could not exist.  We will miss them.

Olz will be heading back to London after further travels in Southeast Asia.  Meagan will fly back to Canada where her nursing career awaits.  Tyler is a young business owner who must return to running his business in Ohio.  Amanda will be returning to Ohio, find work and continue her education.  Zac Coish will also return to Canada and continue his studies to become a fireman.

Each come from different backgrounds and have different goals in life.  All have shown that they are willing to sacrifice and serve God in a very different environment.  They will have many stories to tell about adventures in an exotic and challenging world.  Each has learned new things about themselves and the world around them.  Everyone has learned life lessons and are better for it.

If you run into any of these Legacy veterans, take the time to learn more about each of them and the adventures they have shared.  You will not regret it.

We appreciate them very much and honor their sacrifice and contributions they have made to God’s growing work in Asia.

Leon Sexton
President
Legacy Foundation, Thailand.
